Spring: March 2 – May 21. Weekly rate is $1,000. (Total with tax and fees $1,211.00) [Nightly rate $160.00]

Early Summer: May 22 – July 2. Weekly rate is $1,380. (Total all fees $1,636.80) [Nightly rate $235.00]

Peak summer: July 3 – August 6. Weekly rate is $1,500. (Total all fees $1,770.00) [Nightly rate $250.00]

Fall: August 7 – October 22. Weekly rate is $1000. (Total all fees $1,211.00) [Nightly rate $175.00]

Winter: October 23 – March 1. Weekly rate is $680. (Total all fees $854.80) Monthly rate $1,400. (Total all fees $1,654.00) [Nightly rate $120.00]

The Total all fees includes all applicable fees: cleaning fee, parking fee, local lodging tax, and a $35 non-refundable processing fee. Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and check or money order.

You will be renting straight from the owners! However, we also have a local rental management agent who will be able to assist you should any problem occur… lost keys, power outage, etc. You get the advantage of booking directly with the owner, while having local assistance as well. As an added advantage, all of our vacationers that book through the owner will receive a complimentary gift basket for some extra goodies you’ll love to have in the condo the moment you arrive!
